Prohibited Items

Prohibited Items on Buses
Certain carry-on items are prohibited from regular school bus routes at all times. These include:
- Any glass items
- Boom boxes
- Live animals
- Skateboards
- Sleds
- Balloons
- Any type of weapon, toy or real
- Large instruments such as the tuba, baritone sax, and french horn. Medium sized instruments may be brought onto the bus; tie-down straps for these instruments are available from their bus driver.
- Laser pens - zero tolerance. Any student using a laser pen to distract the driver will receive an immediate punishment of a three-day suspension from school.
