The School Facilities Department is responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of school construction/renovations; and daily school facility custodial/cleaning operations, building maintenance, and grounds upkeep. Included in this area: certified NYS architect; trade mechanics in electricity, carpentry, plumbing, energy management, communication and data infrastructure; and HVAC and boiler maintenance.
Daily school operations include all custodial/cleaning operations, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, pool care, mail, and security.
