Free and Reduced-Price Meals

See Below for the 2022-2023 Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application
Students from households that meet federal income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced-price meals. New this year; No Charge on Reduced-price meals. You may apply for meal benefits any time during the school year. Applications are available in the main office at each school, cafeteria lunch lines at each school and the food service office. Completed applications must be sent or delivered to the food service office.
We do not accept faxed applications.
Applications will be approved within 10 school days.
Direct Certification Letter: Households that receive a "Direct Certification" letter from the NYS Department of Social Services are eligible for free meal benefits. You must give the original letter to the cafeteria cashier or send it to the R-H Food Service Office - Social Services does not notify the school district. Please complete the letter by filling in your child's school and grade. Your child will be approved for meals once the R-H Food Service Department receives this letter.
