Free Meals!
All students in grades K-12 have been approved for the Community Eligibility Provision - CEP for the 24-25 school year. This means that all students in grades K-12 are eligible for free breakfast and lunch each school day, regardless of need.
Should I Submit the Income Data Collection Form?
Yes! This form is to determine eligibility for additional New York State and Federal program benefits that your child(ren) may qualify for. Not only is much of the aid our district receives from New York based on the percent of students with forms on file, but there are direct benefits to you:
- An application must be on file in order to qualify for fee waivers for AP exams, college applications, instrument rental, etc.
- The Federal P-EBT Food Benefit cards provided to families during the pandemic were based on applications such as these. If a current form is not on file, any future benefits may be impacted.
You must file a new form every school year. See below for the 2024-2025 Income Data Collection Form. Last year's form will expire on October 15, 2024. A new form must be submitted by October 4, 2024 for additional State and Federal Program benefits to continue. It takes 10 days for the form to be approved and processed. We do not accept faxed, scanned or emailed forms.
You may submit your form to:
