In Rush-Henrietta, we believe that the alignment of a range of social-emotional strategies is essential in order to support our students in developing positive character traits and skills. Each building utilizes a social-emotional leadership team to help support the implementation of a range of initiatives to build stronger students and stronger communities. These initiatives include social-emotional learning, PBIS, and restorative practices.
