Dear Roth Families,An ambulance has been at Roth Junior High School twice today and I want to let you know why. One of our students experienced a medical event this morning in the cafeteria prior to the start of the school day. CHS Mobile Integrated Healthcare responded and transported the child to the hospital for further evaluation. The student was accompanied by a parent.
Later during the morning, another student reported not feeling well. CHS again was called to assist us. This student was transported to the hospital; a relative rode along in the ambulance. The two incidents are unrelated. We hope both students are feeling better as soon as possible.
Many thanks to the first responders, as well as our students and staff members, for their support today. As a school district, Rush-Henrietta hosts two safety weeks each year to prepare in the event of an emergency. These real-life situations show us that practicing for the unexpected remains of utmost importance. Thank you for your continued partnership!
Sincerely,Omar Hussain
Principal
