District Parent Advisory Council

1. DPAC will hold a minimum of eight meetings each year.
2. The regular meeting schedule shall be established by June of the preceding year.
3. An agenda and the minutes of the previous meeting will be made available to DPAC members in advance of each regular meeting.
4. Special meetings may be convened upon petition of 50 percent of DPAC membership or by the chairperson.
5. All DPAC meetings are open to the public and must be publicized in advance.
6. Roberts Rules of Order shall govern the proceedings of DPAC upon the request of two DPAC members.

All meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the Dee Strickland Conference Room located at the Parker Administration Building, 2034 Lehigh Station Road.  This year, meetings will be held on the following dates:

• November 7, 2024 - Joint Meeting with MPAC
• No December Meeting 
• January 9, 2025
• February 6, 2025
• March 6, 2025 - Parent Partnership Forum
• March 20, 2025
• April 24, 2025 - Meet the Candidates Night
• May 8, 2025 - Joint Meeting with MPAC
