Willkommen!!! Welcome to my Webpage!!!

Guten Tag! Ich heiße Frau Snyder.  I teach 7th-9th grade German at Burger Junior High School. 

Please look through my webpage to learn more about my classroom expectations, procedures, upcoming assignments, and for extra practice.

This is my twelth year teaching German in Rush-Henrietta. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester with a double major in German and History. During this time I spent two summers studying German language and culture in Berlin, Germany.

After graduation I spent a year on a Fulbright Grant teaching English at the Bischof Neumann School in Königstein, Germany. I also studied at the Universität Frankfurt in Frankfurt, Germany. After living abroad I returned to Rochester and received my Master's degree from the University of Rochester.  

In addition to studying in Germany, I have traveled to several other countries in Europe including: Spain, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, and Switzerland.
