    All students who typically ride bus 638 in the afternoon need to take bus 646 instead.

    Burger’s Gay-Straight Alliance, or GSA, will be holding their first meeting  today after school in the A-5 suite, which is in the technology hallway. All are interested to attend our group, which will provide a supportive community for Burger’s LGBTQ population and their allies. Any questions, please see Mrs. Sullivan or Mrs. Maysick in A-6.

    Do you want your voice heard? Interested in being a greater part of our Burger community?  If so,  join Burger Student Council! Mrs. Traugott & Ms. Maysick are excited to work with you! ALL students are welcome to join! Meetings are held in person (and virtually!) Come join us for our first meeting today after school, in room B-5. Late bus passes will be available

    Would you like to see the Burger Staff members dressed in pink tutus? A formal suit? A bunny suit? All inYankees attire? What about Mr. Dennis with hair?  Mr. Butler in his old cheerleading uniform?  Mr. White in his mother's bathrobe?  Then we need  your help!! The National Junior Honor Society is collecting cleaning supplies and personal care items this week.  After all, October is Make A Difference Month and the Rush Henrietta school district supports all of our residents in the community.  It just takes each Burger member to bring one item and if we pack up over 20 boxes you will see your favorite Burger Staff member be silly for a day. The table for donations is located in the main entrance and ideas of what to bring in are on the posters through the building.Thank you and please make a difference this week.

    Photography Club Starts Thursday October 28th after school in Mrs Sprague's Room B-07. If you love taking pictures and want to learn how to make your photography stand out or improve your art, then join us to learn all about how to take beautiful photos no matter what camera you use! Please bring a digital camera or a cellphone camera with you! See you Thursday October 28th after school 

    On Tuesday night the Mod B Lady Royal Comets of Burger took on the Lady Royal Comets from Roth.  Olivia Barclift, Addison Rowlands, Zariah Johnson, Zion Johnson, Paige Dunworth, Lauren Prusak, Josana Au and Eve Richards had impressive serves during last night's match up.  Congrats to Rocky Swingle who scored her first serving points.  Alisa Monds, Sadie Ciminelli, Olivia Barclift, Morgan Roper, Zariah Johnson as well as other members of the team contributed to the many volleys and excitement of game play last night. 

    Last evening, the Girls’ Mod B Volleyball Team played impressively with their match up against the Victor Blue Devils.  Several aces were served throughout the competition and the serving performance of the Royal Comets was strong.  The number of 3 hit combinations and volleys was at an all time high.  Congratulations on your improvement of skills during the season as well your impressive loud cheering and support.  Please congratulate the members of the team --Olivia Barclift, Paige Dunworth, Zariah Johnson, Rocky Swingle, Morgan Roper, Natalia Wilson, Josana Au, Addison Rowland, Zion Johnson, Lauren Pusak, Sadie Ciminelli, Eve Richards and  Alisa Monds on their hard work and improvement.

    The Cross Country Team finished their league meet schedule on Tuesday with the boys and girls sweeping Hilton and Gates-Chili. The boys raised their record to 10-2, while the girls are now 8-4. The JV boys’ record is 17-1, and the JV girls are 13-3.  Lindsay Richardson placed 2nd to lead the girls team in scoring with Haylie Smith 3rd, Ava Magyar 5th, Isabelle Colosimo 6th, and Sarah Picard 9th. Gabe Watson won the boys race and the Royal Comets placed 9 runners in the top 10. Completing the scoring was Mikey Flannery 2nd, Christian Wescott 4th, Evan Robey 5th, and Bayley Herman 6th. Up next is the final invitational on Saturday at Marion.
