  • AM ANNOUNCEMENTS- Wednesday January 29th ( A DAY )

     

    The National Junior Honor Society is having a meeting in the Chorus Room tomorrow morning at 7:15.  Check the classroom page for your pass. Please check in with homeroom first.

     

    Attention students participating in the Polar Plunge. There will be a mandatory meeting in Mr. Butler's room tomorrow after school. Participation waivers will be handed out and selection of the mascot will be determined. Be there!

     

    Attention Spellers:- The Spelling Bee Final will be held directly after school tomorrow in A-25. Please check our Club Classroom Page for any last-minute details. If you have any questions see Mrs. Yochum.

     

    There are a limited number of yearbooks for purchase and when they are sold there will be no more available.  We have already sold 2/3 of the available books. Pre-order yearbook sales end on 2/29.

    This year, staff and students have two options in regards to ordering the yearbook:

    2- There are order forms  in the main office. 

    Congratulations to the Girls’ Mod B Basketball Team for their tough win over Dake! The entire team played awesome defense, with major blocks by Alishia Marah and Kaylee Hartel. On the offensive end, McKenna Uhl was unstoppable under the basket, and Emma Rodgers led the team in scoring with 8 points! Great win girls”

     

    The Boys’ Swimming and Diving Teams improved their record to 7 and 5 last night by defeating Spencerport with a score of 102-37.

    The Royal Comets won all 3 relays and won 7 out of the 9 individual events.  Event winners included: Will Hager in the 200 freestyle, Aaron Merkl in the 200 Individual Medley, Noah Hathaway in the 100 butterfly, Bryce Berkhof in the 100 Freestyle, Jackson Keating in the 500 freestyle, Evan Peters in the 100 Backstroke and Josh Hager in the 100 breaststroke.

    The team recorded 40 individual best times and 15 Sectional Qualifying Times.

    Huge best times were posted by Jirel Montilla-Sanchez , Safie Aboelenen, Jordan Annlee and Bayley Herman in the 200 freestyle event.  

    Jacob Wenzel had a 6 sec best in the 50 back.

    Mikey Flannery posted an 8 sec best time in the 100 butterfly and Senior, Alex Bischoping, added a best time in the 50 free.

    Chris Caswell dropped 8 sec in the 100 breast and Jonah Prindle added lifetime best times in the 50 free and the 100 breast. Congratulations Swimmers and Divers for another great team effort!
