How to make water colors

Homemade Watercolor Paints Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 3 teaspoons light corn syrup
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons baking soda
- 6 tablespoons white vinegar
- Food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix corn syrup, cornstarch, baking soda, and white vinegar together.
2. Divide into jar lids, small containers, or plastic egg carton sections.
3. Add food coloring to each section as desired to make your colors.
4. Let dry. (Note: stir the paints a few times while drying to keep colors from separating)
Homemade Play-dough
INGREDIENTS2 cups plain/all-purpose flour
1 cup salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 cups of water
INSTRUCTIONS1. Put all dry ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Add water, oil and color. cook slowly and stir all the time.
3. As it gets hot it will begin to thicken up.
4. Knead on a floured surface.
Food coloring can be kneaded in for color.
