Meet Miss Entress

  • Meet Miss Entress

I grew up and live in Gates-Chili. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher! When I was younger I played the clarinet and played soccer.

I went to college at SUNY Fredonia, where I received my degree in Childhood and Special Education with a concentration in English. I was fortunate enough to student teach in Harlem in New York City. After that, I completed my graduate work at Nazareth College, where I received a Master's Degree in Literacy.

The 2019-2020 school year will be my 7th year teaching in Rush Henrietta. Before I was a 4th grade teacher, I was a reading teacher.

In my free time I like to read, watch movies and get together with friends and family. I also like to spend time with my cat, Eloise. Some of my favorite places in Rochester are The Public Market, Java's, and Park Avenue.
