Information about Friday Letters: Friday Letters are student-written newsletters about the learning activities that have taken place throughout the week.  Students communicate to their families the different things they've learned, how their behavior has been, and they also set a goal for the following week.  I also read their letter, sign it, add any additional information.  Parents: Please check in with your child every weekend about their Friday Letter, sign it, and have them return it to school every Monday.  Friday Letters take the place a teacher-written newsletter, so important dates will also appear in these letters.

HomeworkStudents are required to read at least 20-30 minutes per night.  This can be a book of their choice, and it should be something they enjoy reading.  Students will also typically receive math homework on a nightly basis. All homework will be posted on my calendar here on my website on a daily basis.
