Safe Schools Helpline

As part of our continuous efforts to help ensure safety in the Rush-Henrietta Central School District, we offer a 24/7 Safe School Helpline. This number is for students, teachers, staff members, bus drivers, parents, administrators, or community residents who wish to report situations that may pose a threat to the safety or well-being of students, staff members, or school property. 

Calls will be referred to the appropriate school administrator. All calls will remain confidential. If callers want to be contacted, they may leave a phone number where they can be reached. This telephone message line is intended to STOP and prevent harmful acts before they happen and to provide a communication vehicle for students and others that will help to promote a caring school community environment.

To report an emergency situation that poses an imminent threat, please call 911.

  • Residency concerns
  • Any other school safety-related concern

The health and safety of students and staff is the top priority in Rush-Henrietta. Any health and safety-related concerns you may have can be reported in three ways:
1 - Inform the building administrator of your concern.
2 - Contact the 24/7 Safe School Helpline by calling 800-4-1-VOICE ext 359; texting TIPS to 614-426-0240; or going to www.safeschoolhelpline.com.
3 - Submitting this form. Including your name and contact information is optional.
