Nerlande Anselme Honored with Prestigious Award
Rush-Henrietta is proud to announce that Assistant Superintendent for Student & Family Services Nerlande Anselme has been awarded the George Vito Administrator of the Year Award – District Level by the School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS), Region 11.
Selected unanimously by the SAANYS Region 11 executive board and award committee, Nerlande was nominated by Svetlana Stowell, Monroe One BOCES director of diversity and equity planning, along with support from Jamie Scripps, Rush-Henrietta ENL TOSA, and Mai Abdullah, R-H Board of Education member. The George Vito Administrator of the Year awards are given annually to Region 11 SAANYS administrators who have contributed outstanding support or service on behalf of education, and have supported, developed, or implemented innovative programs resulting in program improvements or improved student achievement. Region 11 includes Cayuga, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, and Yates counties.
