Vision 2037

This year’s pre-K students will graduate from Rush-Henrietta in 14 years. When they cross that stage, what will success look like for them?

With that in mind, how will our district need to evolve during that time to support their success? 

We will answer those questions during the next few months as we develop a strategic plan titled Vision 2037. A small group representing different aspects of our school community, an “architect team,” will help lead the effort. We are running a survey now seeking input from every member of our community. This is an important part of the process. We want to hear from all parents, employees, community members, students in grades 6-12, alumni, and business leaders!

On Saturday, Feb. 10, a larger group of people representing our community will participate in an in-person session to review the results of this survey and other data to help shape the direction of the strategic plan. At the end of the survey is an opportunity to volunteer to be part of this team. 

Please add your voice to our survey and consider joining us in February as we dig a little deeper and discuss how our district can evolve to meet the needs of our students.
