DPAC Meetings
District Parent Advisory Council
- DPAC will hold a minimum of eight meetings each year.
- The regular meeting schedule shall be established by June of the preceding year.
- An agenda and the minutes of the previous meeting will be made available to DPAC members in advance of each regular meeting.
- Special meetings may be convened upon petition of 50 percent of DPAC membership or by the chairperson.
- All DPAC meetings are open to the public and must be publicized in advance.
- Roberts Rules of Order shall govern the proceedings of DPAC upon the request of two DPAC members.

All meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. at the location noted. Meetings will be held on the following dates:
- October 2, 2025 - Joint Meeting with MPAC
- November 20, 2025 - Webster Learning Center, Conference Room
- January 22, 2026 - Senior High School, C-Wing Conference Room
- February 12, 2026 - Joint Meeting with MPAC (Virtual)
- March 26, 2026 - Vollmer Elementary School, Cafeteria
- April 23, 2026 - Meet the Candidates Night, Parker Administration Building
- April 25, 2026 - Parent Summit, Webster Learning Center, 11 a.m.
- May 28, 2026 - Joint Meeting with MPAC, Sherman Elementary School, Cafeteria
