TIES
TIES (Together Including Every Student) is a heartfelt program dedicated to empowering children and young adults with developmental disabilities by opening doors to extracurricular and community activities through naturalized, caring support. This support is provided by trained student volunteers in the Rush-Henrietta Central School District, spanning grades 8 to 12, who genuinely want to make a difference. TIES warmly welcomes students aged 8 to 21 within the district, offering them a chance to participate in activities driven by their own passions and choices. From after-school clubs and YMCA programs to Henrietta Recreation/Youth Activities, roller skating
events, and Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, TIES creates opportunities for joyful, meaningful connections and unforgettable experiences.
