The Department of School Safety reviews and revises district and building-level emergency management plans. A copy of the district safety plan may be found on this page. This office oversees presides over the District Health and Safety Committee. and ensures district compliance with the Schools Against Violence in Education Act, including overseeing AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) training, implementation, and drills.
