Whether your child is entering kindergarten or grade 12, Rush-Henrietta offers a comprehensive, well-articulated curriculum program to engage him or her in an exciting year of learning.

The Rush-Henrietta Central School District believes that all of our students will be successful and college and career ready, and that parents/guardians are a key part of their student's learning. The home-school relationship is an important part of academic success for all students.

Get involved in your child's learning.
Get involved in your child's school.

Get involved in your child's education.

Why should you get involved? Research shows that students who have parents/guardians that are actively involved in their education:

  • Achieve more, regardless of socioeconomic status, ethnic/racial background, or the level of the adult's education.
  • Have higher grades and test scores, better attendance, and complete homework more consistently.
  • Have higher graduation rates and greater enrollment rates in post-secondary education.
  • Are less likely to become involved in destructive or anti-social behaviors.

Parents/guardians are the first and most important teachers in every child’s life. We look forward to another year of working together and we hope that you will take advantage of the many resources and programs Rush-Henrietta has to help guide you and your child achieve their highest potential.
