A Way of Knowing
Science is a very special way of knowing. It's unique because it relies on testable evidence to explain the natural world. Hypotheses are tested, data is collected and analyzed, experiments are repeated, and shared within a larger community in order to create "knowledge". This knowledge is constantly changing as new information comes to light. Some of the science that you learn this year will be proven "wrong" later on. I promise.
