Distance learning technologies offers many benefits for K-12 education, including convenience, flexibility, effectiveness, and efficiency.
A videoconferencing field trip gives you and your students an opportunity to visit a place you might not be able to otherwise, such as zoos, museums, NASA, U.S. Congress and more.
Videoconferencing use ISDN lines, a camera, microphones, codec, and TV to connect to another site. The teacher and the student interact with each other in "real time." For example, with two-way videoconferences, students interact with "live" video of an instructor.
